Haddington Food Assembly, 8th May 2017: Showcasing our Markets and Community Groups.
'Here's one we MADE earlier' - a MADE curated showcase for artists and makers in East Lothian held at the John Gray Centre.
Our Community Group, the Knit and Natter Group excelled themselves with their tea cosy production. This lead to an installation in the window called 'The MAD Hatter's Tea Party. Much interest was shown in the display, with small children loving to play with all the knitted sandwiches and cakes. The tea cosies were sold for funds for the Hub.

Along with some of our regular exhibitors we were delighted to be joined by some new East Lothian talented artists and makers, RoryDyerFurniture, Handpict, Fiona Mayer and Ardloch Interiors.
East Linton Sunday 24th April: Along with the MADE 4, REdesign Network, Katrina Berry, Carol Duff and Artisan Stitch were joined by Andy Baker, ISE Craft and Calvin McCluskie. Excitingly we also introduced three new exhibitors: Between the Woods & Sea, iheartbags and Gordon (Chippy) Hunter.
We had a very successful first MADE Market at Cockenzie House & Gardens on Saturday 2nd April. The sun came out and the gardens were a glorious yellow riot of daffodils. The afternoon was very busy and the response to the high quality of exhibitors was excellent. Here are few shots of the Market as it was being set up.
